Inspectors will be key whether you are Buying or Selling!  If you are Buying, I highly recommend inspecting the property so that you know what you are purchasing, budget correctly and may open the door for further negotiations.  

If you are on the Selling side, the home inspection process will work in concert with your disclosure obligations.  Allowing the Buyer to investigate the property is in your best interest as in the end, when our transaction closes, I will want you to be able to move on with confidence.
