This is a funny story from back in 2017. I was hosting an open house when a buyer walked in. We immediately connected, but she already had an agent, and I always like to respect agency. She ended up purchasing the property through another agent at that time.

Fast forward a few years, and this same buyer became a seller, looking to move to another part of the county. Her home was gorgeous, and through strategic marketing, professional presentation, and targeted outreach—including open houses—we attracted multiple buyers. She was able to choose the strongest offer, and the property ultimately sold well above asking with excellent terms for her. It’s always rewarding to help clients achieve great results, even when our first encounter doesn’t lead to an immediate transaction.
