Back in 2017, I met a mother and daughter at one of my local open houses, and we immediately hit it off. Before long, we were touring townhomes across the area—even exploring a few nearby cities—to find the right fit. The one we found sat in a fantastic location, giving them easy access to shopping and everything that fit their daily lives. It also checked all their boxes: three suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The only challenge was that the list price was a bit higher than what comparable sales supported, so we crafted a strategic low offer and negotiated our way to a fair deal, always keeping their margins and monthly payments in focus.

Working closely with their lender, we closed just 30 days later. Helping clients like them—listening to their priorities, analyzing the market, and guiding them to the perfect property—is truly one of my favorite parts of this work.
