This unit sold back in 2019, but getting there wasn’t easy. The owner had previously listed the property with no success and was understandably frustrated with the whole process. Around that time, she received one of my “Just Sold” postcards—I had recently closed a few other units in the same complex—which prompted her to reach out. Even though she was discouraged, she decided to give selling another try. Once we listed the home, I helped her stage the property to highlight its best features and rolled out a full marketing plan, including professional presentation and multiple open houses to bring in strong buyer traffic.
Before long, the interest started building and we received a couple of offers. From there, it was all about patience, strategy, and keeping faith in the process. Ultimately, those efforts paid off: we secured solid terms and successfully closed the sale. Helping a client move from frustration to celebration is one of the most rewarding parts of this business, and this sale is still a great reminder of that.
