I remember meeting this seller for the first time. Zillow introduced us, and she was thinking about long-term planning, which included selling her home and moving to the East Coast to be closer to family. We stayed in touch, and a couple of years later, we listed her home in a changing market. There was a bit of competition at the time, so we took an aggressive marketing approach, including targeted outreach and professional photography to showcase her property.
Within a few weeks, we found the right buyer. We got a little nervous as the property needed some repairs to satisfy the buyer’s lender. I worked closely with my seller to ensure she felt comfortable throughout the process, while my team consistently communicated with the buyer’s side. Although closing took a little longer while the buyer secured the right loan, we successfully closed, and my client was able to move to the East Coast as planned.
