I met this couple on a rainy Saturday in Poway when they came into my open house, and we immediately hit it off. It turns out they had tried to sell this condo the year before without success. I assured them I could sell their unit so they could upgrade to a single-family home—and that’s exactly what happened. They moved into a fantastic property with a beautiful courtyard and even converted a section of the home into a separate Airbnb.
Their replacement property in Santee was meant to be their “forever home,” but a year later, a firm approached them about relocating to another part of the county. We listed their home, sold it for significantly more than they had paid, and they embarked on a new adventure. Since then, I’ve stayed in touch with them and even recommended an agent to help them buy near Los Angeles. It’s been such a joy to be part of their journey and witness these exciting chapters in their lives.
