
This seller came to me through some outreach that my team and I were doing. The owner, who is based in Illinois, hadn’t been to the property in several years. When we connected, he decided it was time to sell, as the home was in dire need of some capital improvements.
Even though the property needed some TLC, we were able to find the perfect buyer—an investor looking for a project. Because the home required significant work, the negotiation process was a bit extensive, but in the end, we successfully closed escrow, and the investor was very happy with the outcome.
