This story began back in 2017 when I met a couple with two adorable children. They had been searching for the right property for several years, and within just two weeks of working together, we went under contract on a home in Cherokee Point, North Park. That became their first home, but as their family grew, they eventually outgrew the space.
A few years later, we found their replacement property in National City. It offered a higher room count, a large lot, and the added bonus of being close to family. While the contingent offer process wasn’t the easiest, we approached it step by step. When I handed them the keys to their new home, they arrived with a U-Haul, ready to start the next chapter of their lives—a truly rewarding moment to witness.
