
This particular property had been a rental for my seller, and she had previously listed it with another brokerage. She felt it wasn’t the right fit, but when she received my monthly keep-in-touch card, she knew I could help. She transitioned to my services, and I listed the property.
Within just four days, the property was under contract. The buyer was a first-time homeowner and requested quite a bit in their contract.
