I met this couple on a rainy Saturday in Poway when they came into my open house, and we immediately hit it off. It turns out they had tried to sell their condo the year before without success. I assured them I could sell their unit so they could upgrade to a single-family home. I was able to do just that, and they moved into this fantastic property with a perfect courtyard and even a section of the home they converted into a separate Airbnb.
This was meant to be their “forever home,” but a year later, a firm approached them about relocating to another part of the county. We listed their home, sold it for significantly more than what they had paid, and they embarked on their new adventure. Since then, I’ve stayed in touch with them and even recommended an agent to help them buy near Los Angeles. It’s been such a joy to be part of their journey and witness these exciting moves in their lives.
